Statement Of Faith

  1. We believe the King James Bible is inspired by God and is the inerrant, infallible, authoritative Word of God, 2 Timothy 3:16.
  2. We believe that there is one God, Creator of all things, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, Deuteronomy 6:4; Genesis 1:1; 1 John 5:7.
  3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory, John 10:30; Matthew 1:18; Hebrews 4:15; John 10:32; Romans 3:25; Matthew 28:6; Romans 8:34; Luke 21:27.
  4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary, John 3:3-8. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone, Ephesians 2:8. We believe that faith without works is dead, James 2:17.
  5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live
    a godly life, Galatians 5:16.
  6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved to the resurrection of life,
and they that are lost to the resurrection of condemnation, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 2 Thessalonians 1:9.
  7. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, John 17:20-23.

Mission Statement

Bethel Christian Academy seeks to provide an atmosphere of learning for students, parents, and staff that promotes the teachings of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We believe this environment is conducive for individuals to flourish and build a foundation that will support superior academics. These studies are required in order to excel in the marketplace, higher education, or contribute to the society in which we live.

The eternal value of exposing all who are involved in this school system cannot be measured, nor can the desire of Bethel Christian Academy to provide instruction based on the Word of God be measured in human terms.

Non Discrimination Policy
Bethel Christian Academy admits qualified students of any race, religion, national, and ethnic origin to all of the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, financial aid programs, or athletic and other school programs.

Educational Philosophy

Bethel Christian Academy seeks to provide an atmosphere of learning for students, parents, and staff that promotes the teachings of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, while providing an environment conducive for individuals to flourish and build a foundation that will support superior academics.

Students are exposed to studies required in order to excel in higher education, the marketplace, and to contribute to the society in which we live. The eternal value of Bethel Christian Academy and our desire to provide instruction based on the Word of God cannot be measured in human terms.

Bethel Christian Academy was founded upon the concept that we, as people, are part of the creation of God, and that God loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to redeem us from our sins, giving us His Holy Word for instruction. BCA students pray and engage in daily Bible study and memorization.

The King James Bible is considered the ultimate “textbook,” providing wisdom for each and every circumstance. Scripture is studied and memorized, so that it may be accurately and regularly applied to daily life. Weekly Chapel services welcome all students, faculty, staff, and parents.

Christian character is nurtured every minute of every day. Teaching is viewed as a gift, and children are precious gifts from God. Our teachers are given the tools to inspire excellence. Teachers are considered a vital component of the learning process, and opportunities to interact with teachers are maximized. Teachers do their best to plan interactive lessons that align with state and national standards using specific school approved curriculum. Teachers evaluate student growth and measure academic success annually using nationally recognized tests.

All teachers, staff, and board members are professing Christians in word and deed, and we believe it is our duty to answer the calling GOD has placed on our lives in Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” We believe parents are ultimately accountable to God for the upbringing and education of their children. Therefore it is the parents’ responsibility to correct any discipline issues that hinder school success and to ensure that students come to school ready to learn and work hard.

Bethel Christian Academy students are successful because parental involvement is promoted and encouraged and the staff at Bethel Christian Academy take the initiative to be innovative and instruct in righteousness. Bethel Christian Academy offers the opportunity for academic success and an encouraging learning environment is respected by all.

* Due to the nature of education, much of the planning required to run an effective school must be done on an annual basis. Significant financial commitments are made annually: teachers are hired, capital assets are purchased, programs are developed, and a host of other plans are created to function for the entire year. As such, by enrolling your child(ren) at BCA you are committing to partner with the school for the entire year.
