Don't Let The Rocks Take Your Place

Jun 7, 2026    Rev. Luke Waldroup

As Jesus entered Jerusalem, two groups stood in the same crowd.

One group praised.

One group protested.

The disciples recognized the Shepherd and lifted their voices in worship, while the Pharisees tried to silence the praise. In response, Jesus made a powerful declaration:

"If these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out." (Luke 19:40)

In this message, we examine the danger of becoming so familiar with the things of God that we lose our wonder of God. The Shepherd has saved us, sustained us, and spoken to us through His Word. If anybody ought to praise Him, it ought to be us.

Join us as we discover why the greatest tragedy is not that rocks could praise—but that redeemed people sometimes won't.

📖 Scripture: Luke 19:37-40 (KJV)

In This Message:

• The Privilege We've Received

• The Provision We've Remembered

• The Praise We're Responsible For

"The rocks know Him as Creator. We know Him as Savior."
