Notice to Parents

Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, the North Carolina General Assembly enacted legislation requiring all private church schools and schools of religious charter to publish designated mental health crisis resources in specific locations, including student enrollment materials, student identification cards (where issued), school websites, school-issued electronic devices, and certain school publications.
Accordingly, Bethel Christian Academy is providing the following information in compliance with North Carolina General Statute § 115C-550.2. The inclusion of these resources is a requirement of North Carolina law and should not be interpreted as a change in the school’s biblical philosophy of education or student care.
Bethel Christian Academy believes that every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent worth and value. We encourage students who are facing emotional, spiritual, or personal struggles to seek help immediately from their parents or guardians, a pastor, a trusted teacher, or a school administrator. We remain committed to providing compassionate, biblically based counsel and support while fulfilling the requirements established by the State of North Carolina.
